I have been training in companies for almost twenty years and over time I have developed experiences that, experienced outside the company, make people 'bond' more, smooth out contrasts, create new balances.
This is a fun day, immersed in the Venetian lagoon, among the canals, surrounded by the palaces and churches that made the history of the Serenissima.
Then on board we have fun, we joke, we also discuss important topics: a day out of time, with a maximum of 4 people and in a context that is unique in the world.

1. How many people can get on board? Max 4 people, plus the captain
2. Is bathing allowed? Yes, in some parts of the lagoon or at sea. Then there is a shower on board for rinsing.
3. What time do you leave/return? Departure at 10 a.m. and return by 5 p.m.
4. Who leads the boat? The Commander (me)
Can I steer the boat? No, just the commander
6. Do you stay in the lagoon or do you also go out to sea? We can decide at the time, on the way back we can check the sea conditions and decide to move a few miles away from the coast
7. Do you stop or are you always in the boat? We stop ashore for lunch, an hour and a half
8. What should I take with me? Dipende dalla stagione, ma in generale uno zaino con occhiali da sole, telo mare, cappellino, crema solare, una felpa e abbigliamento antipioggia/vento in caso di cambiamenti repentini del clima. Un costume, meglio se già indossato, durante le giornate più calde.
9. Does the phone get reception? Yes, except if we go to the open sea
10. Can you navigate the canals within the city? Navigation is very regulated, in some channels you can, but the itinerary does not provide for it
11. Can we visit a glassworks in Murano? If you wish, you can plan and change part of the itinerary accordingly
12. Can we make changes to the itinerary? Yes, to a limited extent and only as a precautionary measure, you do not change the itinerary once you have departed except with regard to the possibility of going out to sea
13. Can we bring some drink on board? Yes, there is an igloo to keep drinks cool
14. Is it possible to go all year round? The best season is from April to October, but excursions are also possible during the winter, except for the period 01.12/15.01
